I cannot see an easy way to do it with AOO because the Italic applies to all the contents of the search box. You can probably modify the regular expression so as to choose only to find 'italic strings followed by a normal character which is not a space' but it probably isn't worth it - just skip the wrong ones and jump to the next instance.
